As ONN projected, Brunholl has been elected WM. What should we expect over the next 60 days?

A few days ago, ONN projected that Brunholl would be successfully elected Worshipful Master of the Orange Order. Now that this projection is a reality, what should we expect from the next 60 days of Brunholl's term?
To start off with, Brunholl will have to unite the region. Having received only 50% of the votes, the lowest in any election in TOO, with the fewest votes cast, Brunholl will have a hard time convincing the region of their ability to govern.
Having already established an experienced, yet familiar cabinet, we can expect the new government to kick off its legislative agenda immediately. During the election campaign, Brunholl made several promises, including:
Scrap any restrictions on warfare in TOO
Comission a factbook detailing the events that have taken place in the region
Encourage growth by getting TOOs name recognised.
Ban the use of WMDs in warfare.
First off the bat is the ban of WMDs, which interestingly contradicts comittments to scrap any restrictions on warfare. The policy to ban WMDs has an important place in Brunholl's history, after terrorist attacks in Brunholl, at the hands of LVF, took place during the Meercovo-Zanjact War. The policy appears popular, with 64% of citizens region wide supporting it, and only 30% opposing it.
This policy, which will follow on from the War Crimes Commission Act, ensures that nations are safe from major attacks and incidents, and will prevent the usage of WMDs without permission.
The ban is being rushed through parliament, with Niater and Brunholl attempting to pass the law unconstitutionally as tensions rise over the recent Meercovo-Zanjact trade agreement.
Meanwhile, FRS has introduced a Condemnation Act in order to condemn nations for atrocities or appalling acts, adding to the list of legislation waiting for approval.
As the third government of TOO kicks off, and the legislation piles up, many are wondering, how, and if, Brunholl will be able to stick to the policy of 'growth', after two WMs have tried, and failed, to achieve it.
